Inserting the engine
Engine A8-3 Plug Igniter

1) Locate the engine, the plug and the igniter.

Students should NEVER have access to the engines. Read the Code of Conduct before launch
2) Drop the igniter into the nozzle of the engine and bend the wires off the edge of the engine.
Igniter is simply dropped into the engine nozzle anf the wires slight bent over the edge of the engine casing.
The plug is then inserted
 3) Place the plug firmly in the nozzle to secure the igniter.
4) Insert the engine in the engine holder and bend the engine lock so that it just catches the edge of the engine casing.
The engine is fitted into the engine holder and the engine lock bent just so that it catches the edge of the engine casing. Click to see the engine producing thrust
